  • Valuation of high profile Apartment developments including Sanctum, Stadium Gardens, Courtenay and St Peter;s Apartments. Many of these have been valued from concept phase through to completion.
  • Valuations for asset purposes of
    • Inghams chicken raising and processing properties in the central North Island
    • Victoria University of Wellington properties
    • the commercial portfolio of Capital Properties.
  • Development of a multi storied office block in Thorndon, negotiating a lease with the Inland Revenue Department and on selling of the property to an investor.
  • Acquisition of sites in Oriental Bay for a superior multi storied apartment building including obtaining resource consent to exceed the height limits.
  • Project managed the construction of Wrightson storage facilities in Gore and new facilities at Cromwell.
  • Redevelopment proposals for Wrightson properties in Christchurch and Dunedin.
  • Negotiating the purchase of land for Nelson Polytechnic, Nelson Hospital plus numerous small parcels for road realignments and widening both in the Nelson district and Wellington.
